These terms govern your use of BetViewr. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
BetViewr organizes information about wagers placed elsewhere. It does not accept or place wagers, hold or transfer funds, set odds, settle wagers, connect to sportsbook accounts, or request sportsbook credentials. BetViewr is not a sportsbook, gambling operator, financial adviser, or source of guaranteed outcomes.
You must be at least 18 years old, meet any higher age requirement that applies where you live, and be legally permitted to view and record betting-related information. You are responsible for following local law and the terms of any third-party source you use.
Provide accurate account information, protect your password, and promptly report unauthorized access. You retain ownership of content you submit and give BetViewr permission to host, process, format, and display it as needed to provide features you choose. Only submit content you have the right to use and share.
Screenshot extraction, copied text, schedules, scores, statistics, odds, and grading can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Review imported fields before saving and verify all information against the original source. BetViewr records results for convenience and does not determine a sportsbook’s official settlement.
Do not post objectionable content or use BetViewr for spam, harassment, threats, hate, sexual exploitation, illegal activity, deceptive claims, infringement, attempts to access private content, service disruption, or automated abuse. You can report any shared pick, profile, or comment and block an abusive user from the content itself. Blocking immediately removes that user and their content from your feed and sends the report to BetViewr. We review reports within 24 hours and may remove content and eject the user who provided it.
The service is provided as available and may change or experience interruptions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BetViewr is not liable for wagering decisions, lost funds, missed opportunities, source-data errors, or indirect damages arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
We may update these terms as BetViewr changes and will post the effective date here. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the revised terms. Contact BetViewr through the Support page with questions or account concerns.
