This notice explains what BetViewr collects, why we use it, and the controls available to you. BetViewr is a tracking and sharing service only. It does not accept or place wagers, hold funds, or connect to sportsbook accounts.
We collect account details such as your name, email address, display name, and user ID. We also store the bets, comments, reactions, profile information, links, text, and images you choose to submit. Never send sportsbook passwords, payment-card details, or authentication codes to BetViewr.
Uploaded slip images are used to create a draft for your review. We strip image metadata where supported, keep originals private, and never include the original image on a shared page. An enabled image-processing provider may process an upload solely to extract structured bet details. You must check all extracted and live information against its original source.
We use information to operate and secure your account, import and organize bets, show live and completed results, calculate your statistics, provide social and sharing features, answer support requests, prevent abuse, and measure product interaction so we can maintain and improve the service.
Your visibility settings control whether your profile and structured bet details are private, follower-visible, public, or available through an unlisted link. We use service providers for hosting, storage, email, security, analytics, sports data, and optional image processing. They may process only the information needed to provide those services. We do not sell personal information or use it to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
We retain account and bet data while your account is active and as needed to operate, secure, and comply with legal obligations. You can delete original slip images, export structured account data, revoke sessions, and delete your account from Settings. Account deletion removes private uploaded files and closes access, subject to limited security, backup, or legal retention.
BetViewr uses access controls, encrypted transport, private storage, and short-lived handoffs to protect information. No service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your password unique, review active sessions, and use the privacy controls for stakes, profit, units, identity, comments, and reactions.
BetViewr is intended for adults who may legally view betting-related content in their location and is not directed to children. We may update this notice as the service changes and will post the effective date here. Contact BetViewr through the Support page with privacy questions or requests.
