Units make records easier to compare
One consistent unit size. Wins and losses together.
A unit is a consistent reference amount you choose for tracking. If one unit is $25, a $50 stake is 2 units. Units describe size; they do not make a bet safer or more likely to win.
A $25 net profit with a $25 unit size is +1u. A $50 net loss is −2u. Net profit is different from a payout, which can include the original stake.
Set your unit value in your profile before saving new bets. BetViewr records that unit size with new slips. Historical slips with missing unit data show unavailable rather than a guessed result.
A useful record includes losses, pushes and the number of settled slips. Win rate alone does not show whether a record is profitable.
